The hotel's soundproofing is subpar, as guests can hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Genoa and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was situated near downtown and within close proximity to all the main attractions. Additionally, there were numerous authentic Italian restaurants in the neighborhood, allowing us to savor the local cuisine. Moreover, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the relevant information we needed. Special thanks to Lorenzo, who even waited for us after reception had closed due to our late arrival. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
